DairySA Central Conference 2026!
Here’s a sneak peek at the highlights during the day!
DATE AND TIME
Wednesday 6 May
9:00am – 4:00pm
THEME
Smart farming, Strong futures
About this event
The DairySA Central Conference brings together producers, service providers and industry leaders for a day grounded in what matters most on farm, profitability, practical innovation and future focused decision making. This is not a sit and listen conference. It is designed to challenge thinking, share what is working right now and connect people with ideas they can take home and apply immediately.
Across the day, we will hear from local producers who are doing things well, alongside interstate operators who are challenging the norm and finding new ways to run profitable, resilient dairy businesses. Sessions will focus on key industry priorities including effluent management, virtual fencing and farm transition, with real examples across a range of farm systems and scales.
We will also step beyond the farm gate, exploring how dairy businesses are contributing to and benefiting from broader opportunities, including energy, sustainability and powering communities. These conversations will be backed by practical insights, not theory. Expect honest conversations, proven examples and a program built around outcomes, not noise. If you are looking to sharpen your thinking, connect with others in the industry and walk away with ideas you can act on, this is a day not to miss.
