National Industrial Relations Update - Online - 30th June 2026
Join Industrial Relations Lawyer Dan Houlihan for an essential update on the latest changes shaping the industrial relations landscape for dairy farmers.
This session will cover key developments including:
o Annual Fair Work wage increase and award updates
o Payday Super whats changing and employer obligations
o Working hours, ordinary hours, overtime and leave entitlements
o Unfair dismissal and general protections why process matters
o Workplace surveillance, privacy and monitoring of employees
This update is designed for farmers who have a foundational understanding of the Pastoral Award and the Fair Work Act. It will focus on recent changes and their practical implications, rather than providing a comprehensive overview of the legislation.
