Please sign and return this document within 7 days. Delay may place at risk elements of the sponsorship agreement.

Where appropriate, an invoice will be issued for the terms above within 7 days of issuing the sponsorship agreement. Payment terms are 30 days and payment is required in full before full activation. Failure to pay in a timely way may negate this agreement.

DairySA is a Not for Profit Incorporated Association, invoices are issued in this name.

DairySA retains the full and sole discretion in selecting the main theme, the structure, the participants and communication initiatives in relation to the events as well as any other aspect that may influence the attendees’ experience and the overall quality and level of the event.

This document is supplemented by a good faith agreement between the parties to cooperate in making the event and the sponsorship a success. All DairySA sponsorships are based on an element of trust and reasonable behaviour by all parties.

The sponsorship agreement covers the term of commencement (the date the agreement was signed) to end of the selected event  in accordance with the package selected.
